The HOPE Wristband raises awareness of MS every time you wear it. Funds raised by the sale of Hope Wristband are used in programs that assist MS sufferers in New England. Dance4MS is a registered and approved fundraiser for the New England Central Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. 100% of proceeds are applied to charitable activities.

Online donations for the Hope Wristband are $10.00. You will receive three wristbands that you can share with friends and family. There is no charge for shipping & handling. Dance4MS is a 501C registered Massachusetts non-profit corporation, therefore the full amount of your donation is tax-deductible.

Our donation program is handled through PayPal and our site host, ClockworkCommerce. The transaction is encrypted for security, and you do NOT need a PayPal account to donate. You can provide a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card number if you prefer.

None of the information you provide for contact or shipping will ever be used by us or PayPal for any purpose other than processing this transaction. You can feel secure in knowing that you will not receive other solicitations as a result of your donation.
